The way I read this, it is Zero Hedge quoting the Hill story about the Washington Post story from unnamed sources at the DOJ.

You know the Washington Post reporter got this story from a leak in the DOJ, probably holdovers from Lynch and Obama, who are out to destroy Trump. He didn't get it from hard knocks investigative reporting. They report it as fact, the Hill picks it up and reports it as fact and then Zero-hedge and others pick up the false story and everybody is saying it's fact. That's how it works with the fake news machine.

Sounds like third-party removed, unsourced fake news to me.
