Anyone notice the minimal interest, and I mean *minimal*, that Pence paid to Paul “F.” Ryan? Sober and perfunctory, but minimal eye contact toward him.
Pence wore an expression of profound respect and regard for the president. But, Ryan may be a problem, if I read Pence at all.
At one point I noticed how Pence regarded Trump. He was just as you said, respectful. Ryan, however, looked smug or something. It didn’t come off as respect. Maybe it’s just because I don’t like Ryan at all.
Didn’t notice it much, but didn’t see any real camaraderie either.
Ryan’s got some proving to do before he’s out of the dog-house with me.
