The 'concern trolls' are trying to use Melania against President Trump. They did the same thing with a video during the Inauguration, showing her downcast face after President Trump said something to her. What wasn't clear, because there wasn't AUDIO, was that she cast her eyes downward, and got a serious look on her face, because one of the ministers had begun to pray.

I suspect something like that occurred this time, as well, since she was preparing to lead the prayer, herself.
