Milo Yiannopoulos lost a second gig Monday afternoon over his remarks defending underage pederasty, when Simon & Schuster cancelled plans to publish a book by the gay conservative provocateur this summer.
Adam Rothberg of the publisher’s public relations department made the announcement on Twitter Monday afternoon.
“After careful consideration @simonschuster and its @threshold_books have cancelled publication of Dangerous by Milo Yiannopoulos,” Mr. Rothberg wrote.
“Dangerous,” a title playing off of Mr. Yiannopoulos’s “Dangerous Faggot Tour,” had been set by a June 13 release by Threshold, the conservative- Yiannopoulos was recently disinvited from the Conservative Political Action Conference after a podcast emerged in which he appeared to endorse sexual relationships between “younger boys and older men”.
He said young boys "discover who they are" through such relationships. And even if they are sexual in nature can "give them security and safety and provide them with love and a reliable rock where they can't speak to their parents".
Yiannopoulos' $250,ooo book deal was met with significant criticism because much of he espouses racist, sexist, and transphobic from his prominent platform.

The Twitter banning, campus banning made him stronger.
The harm caused by not distancing from sexual encounters with the underage is his own doing.

No fan of Milo, always thought he was a phony, fat-hating, Republican-hating (check out his quotes, people) Brit-on-the-make Andrew Sullivan wannabe but I have to laugh at the conservative/liberal center of this country that gets the willies over everything faintly or deeply controversial.
I think the high tide watermark of Milo is over. He could have been a force for good but his narcissistic ego ran away with him.

I haven’t listened to the video, but I’d wager anything you said addressing your own tragic experience could be manipulated to make it sound like you believed things you don’t.
I don’t think Milo approves of the raping of minor boys. I do think he would urge them to deal with it, and not let it consume them. I don’t think there’s much to be gained by suicide or holding hate inside for decades.
There are some very sick people out there, but we should not become sick to counter them.
Milo had to deal with what happened to him. I am sorry about that.
I believe that sexual encounters of young boys by abusive adults has destroyed their ability to enter adulthood in a normal healthy manner.
I think Milo knows this.
If I’m not mistaken, he addresses the numbers of homosexuals who can’t to that lifestyle due to abuse.
If the guy doesn’t get it on certain levels, I think that is unfortunate.
I have appreciated his defense of Conservatism from a good perspective, thus making it reasoned for other homosexuals to challenge their own beliefs.
The ugly stories are from those trying to take him out.

I’d be very surprised if Breitbart gave up on him. Very surprised - and very unhappy despite my markedly disapproval of Milo.
Milo was always an amusing distraction. I did like that he supported Trump early and vocally. Also like that as a gay man he disarms liberals who don’t know how to attack him.
But, yeah, young boys/old men = sick, justly illegal, and not something to condone.
So now the liberal left has told us this is unacceptable behavior... at least for those on the supposed right.
Carly Simon, the left wing singer from the 60's and early 70's is the privileged daughter of Richard Simon, co-founder of Simon and Schuster.
Folks who still think this is about Yiannopoulos should take a look at some of the books S&S and its imprints have published over the years....

Our side just have people excusing when it is a grown woman with people of the same age.
