It’s the night of his first 100 days in office iirc. They should have a dinner at the WH with cabinet, congress or anyone else that helped make the first hundred day successful ! Spouses should be invited too

Three young men wearing suits chanted “U-S-A! U-S-A!” right as the motorcade left. A handful of people standing in front of Fogo de Cho across Pennsylvania Ave. snapped pictures with their mobile phones.
Motorcade was back at the White House at 10:27 PM. Your pooler did not see POTUS enter the White House, but a cameraman did.
