Motorcade departed Trump International Hotel at 10:21 PM. Pool did not see POTUS enter a vehicle before we left.
Three young men wearing suits chanted “U-S-A! U-S-A!” right as the motorcade left. A handful of people standing in front of Fogo de Cho across Pennsylvania Ave. snapped pictures with their mobile phones.
Motorcade was back at the White House at 10:27 PM. Your pooler did not see POTUS enter the White House, but a cameraman did.
