Oh I loved Atkins! But don’t you have to count carbs? Of course there’s less to add up.
I started to crave fruit and veggies though. It was funny to crave healthy things for a change. I still have some yummy low carb recipes I still use from time to time. I’ll give this a shot, then switch if I get too hungry. LOL. Thanks for the reminder.

Yes, but if you stick to really low carb vegetables, it’s not really a problem.
It is very pricey if one buys decent items. I used to do some interior design and my advice is
1) buy what you like (neutral colors are usually best for larger pieces, then change accessories like throw pillows, rugs, lamps, etc. when you want a different look)
2) buy the best you can afford (preferably on sale) - good furniture can last a long time - unless you don’t plan on keeping something long
3) take your time and shop around, and
4) make sure what you choose fits with what you currently have both style-wise and space-wise.

We had a wonderful discussion of Melania saying the prayer. Right in the middle of our small church. Others also pointed out her asking for forgiveness as others were forgiven. In other words she asked God to forgive those who were protesting or attacking her
Also pointed out she was joined by many there and across the nation. She is uniting the country thru prayer.
Such a deep short conversation right in the middle of our “joys and concerns “. Ended with pastor saying something about being reported and laughing.
Go Melania. Hope she continues doing it

Neil did an interview with a gentleman that was the National Security adviser to VP Cheney the other day re leaks. It’s pretty good. Neil did another one with another gentlemen that I enjoyed, but can’t find the vid.
