Oh I loved Atkins! But don’t you have to count carbs? Of course there’s less to add up.
I started to crave fruit and veggies though. It was funny to crave healthy things for a change. I still have some yummy low carb recipes I still use from time to time. I’ll give this a shot, then switch if I get too hungry. LOL. Thanks for the reminder.
Yes, but if you stick to really low carb vegetables, it’s not really a problem.
You can have all the vegetables you want as long as it's not potatoes or some other starch. Fruit is full of sugar.
