C-SPAN released a survey Friday that asked historians to rank past presidents and former-President Obama was voted the country's 12th best, right behind Woodrow Wilson and in front of James Monroe.
Historians were asked to essentially grade the presidents on items like public persuasion and moral authority. Politico reported that Obama rated high in the category of equal justice for all, but received low marks for his relationship with Congress.

Suck one.. ODumbo!
5th....Hilarious!
Niiiice!
IMHO
George Washington is first
All the others except Obama are grouped up in positions 2 through 10.
Position 11 is empty for now and being held open for the next horrible democrat who may come along.
Obama stands alone at number 12.
Mark my words, 0bama will be consistantly ranked in the top 5 next year and beyond. Historians are leftists.
B.H. Obammy, lower than whale shit.
This list should have a barf alert. Obama is 12th but LBJ is 10th? Seriously?
This guy got 50,000 American soldiers killed in an undeclared war that did not even have UN approval that was ramped up over the exaggerated excuse called the Gulf of Tonkin Incident.
His Great Society, War On Poverty created our Welfare state that we deal with today. On top of that, Aid To Dependant Children created incentives that led to breaking up poor families by getting a raise if you were a single mom and have more children out of wedlock
So LBJ was worst President of my lifetime starting with Eisenhower.
Plus how can a One Term Wonder, which LBJ was in a way, elected once in 1964 after one year of the JFK term actually crack the top ten?
All one needs to know. I wonder if Wilson is going to start falling like Jackson. The man was a virulent racist, he jailed political opponents, and suppressed basic liberties.
I actually think he was pretty good as well. No other president has done as much to destroy the Democrat Party. Even Jimmie Carter cannot claim the following. Over 3000 elected positions at the state and federal level passed from the Democrats to the Republicans in the eight years of Obama’s rule. I believe it would be impossible for President Trump to pick up another 3,000. So we have to give credit where credit is due. Obama saved the Republican Party with his overreach, his straw man arguments, his hubris, his solipsism, his sophistries, and the complacency of his supporters who sensed only victory after his election. Thank You, Barak. You were great.
Grant was pretty bad, too.
12th best president in the last EIGHT years, MAYBE......
....and it would be close....

Yep, that makes sense as well.
