>>They are not “Dreamers.” They are Illegal Invaders. <<
Really they are children of Illegal Invaders. But that doesn’t change anything — evict the illegal invaders and their progeny.
Kids always suffer when parents break the law. We don’t NOT imprison people b/c they have kids.
Yes, but we also don’t put kids in prison for the sins of the parents. These kids may be here illegally, but they did not break the law. I see why some consider these children a “hybrid”.
These children’s suffering is not only because their parents broke the law. It’s also because we have had 30 years of government officials refusing to enforce the law. As a result we have children and young adults that know nothing of their birth country, thoroughly acculturated into the US.
Many of these kids don’t know Spanish. Many would never be accepted into their home communities. The US is primarily at fault for letting this stupid system exist for so many years.
You are exactly right. I’ve been saying that for a long time. When we put people in prison, we are separating families. Why should people here illegally be treated better than actual US citizens. At least those here illegally who are deported have the option of taking their kids with them — not the case with prisoners.
We are not talking about throwing them into prison. We are talking about sending them back to the nation where they hold legal citizenship.
The only reason we have this paradigm that they only, sole solution is for every citizen of every other country in the world to come to the United States and be handed welfare, education benefits, medical care, jobs, and all the rest.
No.
I get what you are saying about the sins of the parents, but I am tired of all the emotional appeals that liberals and the media propagate, to wit, enforcing our immigration laws and acting like a sovereign nation will "break up families."
Families won't be broken up if they all simply go back to their own nation.
