It will likely backfire as I suspect a number of illegals are going to hear this and self-deport.

DO IT TODAY! Please?
I want them out now.
I’m tired of paying hirer prices for many things due to them having accidents, crime, etc, taking up housing space, jobs etc.
Not to mention all the time spent on them that should be getting spent caring for and helping our own citizens who are in need in ways.

Remember that the Constitution states that the President is commander in chief of the armed forces, as well as the organized militia, i.e., the National Guard. During the integration controversies in the 1950s and 1960s, Presidents Eisenhower and Kennedy federalized the state National Guard units, taking them out of the hands of pro-segregation governors. Trump can do the same to blue state governors like Jerry Brown.

posse comitatus may prevent military arrests under civilian laws, but may be available under the National Security Act.
But hey, wouldn’t be easier to offer a reward on a ‘two-fer’ basis to report illegal aliens? The two-fer requires reporting yourself and another illegal alien, and getting a bonus reward not available for just reporting someone else. Let the Crats turn on each other, use savings to build up our military instead.

the unprecedented militarization of immigration enforcement That should come as quite the surprise to anyone involved with Operation Wetback.
As Eisenhower took office, illegal immigrants were now crossing at the rate of about 3 million per year ...
Eisenhower hired Gen. Joseph May Swing to head the INS and with units of the US National Guard, began what history now views as a quasi-military operation to find and seize illegal immigrants

A draft memo obtained by The Associated Press....Uh huh.....trying to scare folks and alienate Trump supporters with more fake news/rumors. The AP needs to be forced to come up with the source (actually, any time we get leaks, there needs to be pressure to get the source or imprison those who publish the leaks. Treason and whistle-blowing are two very different things.

I don’t think this violates the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878. Rounding up illegal aliens is a federal problem so I think we are in the clear on that.
