The rumors were false, but the panic was very real.
Rumors of a raid by immigration agents in East San Jose sent an entire community scrambling Tuesday. It was an example of just how concerned many are about President Donald Trump's current stance on immigration.
On Wednesday, many in the immigrant community were looking for answers a day after the false alarm at Story and King roads in San Jose.

Oh, you know it did. I've told my brother for years, that he ought to sell it and buy in a better area. He's retired now, so there's no consideration on place of employment, etc.
But, he's a hard case, and won't budge. I just shrug my shoulders.
THE REALIZATION THAT THE ICE DEPORTATION "SWORD OF DAMACLEASE" IS HANGING OVER ALL OF THEIR HEADS AND THAT IT COULD LITERALLY FALL UPON THEM AT ANY TIME DAY OR NIGHT, WITHOUT WARNING MUST BE KEEPING THEM IN A CONSTANT STATE OF PERPETUAL PANIC!
Over time this overwhelming sense of impending dread will lead many of them to massive self deportation.
I can't wait for President Trump to "make some examples" by cracking down hard on employers of ILLEGAL ALIENS. Make a number of high profile arrests and prosecute these law breaking employers to the full extent of the law: Heavily fine them and sentence those found guilty to lengthy prison sentences and the rest will quickly fall into line and fire the ILLEGAL ALIENS they have employed. The ILLEGAL ALIENS will quickly "get the message" and self deport before ICE rounds them up.

Further, “wetback” is not a slur; it is an accurate description and far milder than would be appropriate.

I wonder if the seller is at risk here, similar to selling copies of real police badges, IMO. Some everyday words , in tiny letters, need to be inserted between each cap letter, i.e. “I Chase Elves”, etc..
