The rogue weasels have struck. Terrified that Lieutenant General Michael T. Flynn would tear them out root and branch, they connived and colluded, anonymously of course, to leak highly-sensitive intelligence information to destroy Flynn before he could destroy them.
This type of operation is not new. I wrote a whole book about it in 2007. I called them, the “shadow warriors.”
Then as now, the shadow warriors excelled at covert operations. After all, they lived in the darkness in a universe of lies.
Their technique “involved deep penetration of a hostile regime by planting a network of agents at key crossroads of power, where they could steal secrets and steer policy by planting disinformation, cooking intelligence, provocation, and outright lies.”
As I wrote at the time, this effort “involved sophisticated political sabotage operations, aimed at making regime leaders doubt their own judgment and question the support of their subordinates… It was war — but an intelligence war, played behind the scenes, aimed at confusing, misleading, and ultimately defeating the enemy. Its goal was nothing less than to topple the regime in power, by discrediting its rulers.”
hese are powers and skills most Americans ascribe to our nation’s clandestine intelligence services, right? Don’t we want to have spies at the heart of the Iranian Supreme Leader’s entourage? Or planted next to whichever Kim is ruling his North Korean hermit kingdom? Isn’t that the type of capability we spending more than $80 billion a year to develop?
Alas, none of those very real targets is the target of these rogue weasels. Their target is the president of the United States. . .

If anything, and I repeat, ANYTHING, happens to Trump, the guilty parties have already exposed themselves. They will be dealt with as the treasonous bastards that they are, with or without the help of the FBI, etc...
Gotta keep up these days. The term refers to an entrenched "Shadow government" which will resist and undermine the populist choice for President in the person of Donald Trump.

The “Deep State” is real, it is here and it is well funded.
Almost all the funding comes from extraterritorial-based entities, and those within the United States have no allegiance to the historical principles that have governed the United States for over two centuries.
You are either with us, or you are against us. Being with us is almost always the much wiser choice.

Foreign intelligence is the proper role of the military. Organizations like the CIA and NSA belong in police states not a Republic like the US. We may have needed them during the cold war, but we no longer do. Add NSA duties to the air force and navy(air force at home, Navy overseas), CIA duties to the Army.
Who knows what Bush 43’s administration might have been like with no 9/11. It seems Trumps draining of the Swamp is likely to derail the paths he’s outlined. This is going to be really hard work. There hasn’t been a non pro-govt administration in 30 years. That’s a lot of subversives to ferret out.
Traitors and Collaberaters are NOT warriors..... That is the military that are loyal to their oath.
The Hill is talking about our enemies of We the People, the Law and the U.S. Constitution. They are rats, cockroaches and weisels that should be removed immediately and charged with the maximum penalty of the law.
Hopefully, the investigation is already in process.
When a President issues an order, and the federal employees simply refuse to carry it out, other than starting the bureaucratic paperwork to get them fired (stupid union rules), what can he do? Or is this the only option available to him?
