US. national security officials are reportedly ready to “go nuclear” after President Donald Trump’s latest attack on the intelligence community.
In a series of tweets on Tuesday and Wednesday, Trump insisted that the “real scandal” was not that former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn lied about his contact with Russia. Instead, the president blasted what he said were “un-American” leaks that led to Flynn’s ousting.

The unelected bureaucracy allied with the spooks seem to believe that they’re the legitimate government, rather than the duly elected President.
While I’m sure such belief is not of recent vintage, being so blatant and public about it certainly is.
They’ve got to be put in their place. Does anyone really want to be governed by these people? I can’t imagine that even the left does, if they were capable of being truly honest with themselves.
