Twenty years of robbing banks doesn’t make it any less illegal? Twenty years of using a fraudulent social security number doesn’t make it ok either.

Unless they went through the naturalization process, learned English and passed the test to become a USA citizen.

Is this the illegal mother who stole and use a social security number and who had been marked for deportation before?

If someone stole my SSN, I wouldn’t care whether they were American or non-American, I’d want them locked up. And if they were non-citizen or non-permanent resident, then I’d want their visa revoked and their body deported.
