I would expect Pelosi or a host of democrats to say this. For a Republican to say this is absolutely unconscionable.

Even the usual suspects. They are not even hiding it any more.

No, it's not. Trump isn't a Republican. He's an independent candidate who hijacked the Republican nomination process to get on the ballot in the 2016 election.

That's one big reason why a lot of us supported him.

As a guy who is effectively an "unaffiliated" President, he has no reason to expect partisan loyalty in Congress.

Having said that, I can only laugh at what McCain is saying here. This guy is one of the most dysfunctional people ever to serve in government, and personifies every defect of the Republican Party that drove GOP voters to Trump.
