LOL. Had me thinking there was a civil engineering term I’d never heard. As a Hoosier I look with envy on the great State of California despite its warts. Cannot think of a state more well-endowed with natural beauty, and I *know* not all her citizens are fruits and nuts. In fact those are fewer and further between than seems apparent from the news.

Autocorrect is so annoying sometimes. The Left hates dams so they let the maintenance go to hell in a hand basket on purpose. They want to force us all into the stone age again or in their cattle trains so they can control all our movement—no middle class allowed.
