The 9th can easily be split into Three districts based on Population
Southern California + Nevada
North California - San Francisco + Oregon
Washington State + all of the others
I agree with you the leaks are either likely coming from Obama holdovers or higher ranking permanent senior executive service civil service/deep state types trying to sabotage and damage President Trump enough to prevent him from cleaning out the swamp.

Senator Cruz was on one of the local Radio shows (Michael Berry - also available in Birmingham) this past week. He thanks The Bern for agreeing to the debate and CNN for hosting the debate.
IF and that is a big IF there are more left wing nuts watching CNN they would have received an education and with Senator Cruz's stile they may even have been indoctrinated with some truth

I can pick up the Birmingham stations on a good day for atmospherics but not usually. I try next time it comes in clear.
Usually (if) I can pick it up Berry’s on news radio 105.5 fm, but there’s still some static.
I see that Stephen Miller has been well received today. Good. Earlier today or last night I read an article on Miller in the Washington Post, knowing it would have to kick him in the groin at some point. However, I felt it gave a good and honest profile of him up until the end (wait for it...) when they tangentially tie him in with a few white supremecists, who even confirm Steve is not one of them. But nonetheless the smear comes. (even tho the “connection” is much more remote than e.g Obama-Ayers, Bubba-Epstein).
We had our boat races earlier, just enjoying great weather good fishing and endless tourism.

I’d say let the Ninth have the following:
The area around Los Angeles, the area around San Francisco and the eastern bay area up thru Sacramento and Marin wine country, Western shores of Puget sound to include Seattle, and the area around Portland, Oregon and the Willamette valley. Maybe all of Hawaii, too. And that’s IT.
Puts all the Left nuts in one basket. Make the new courts out of the other areas as you’ve outlined.
And let’s not forget Alaska. I think the first judge can be Sarah Palin, and the second judge can be her husband, Todd. THAT would really cause the Left to go red!
I say three courts. The current ninth with jurisdiction over northern Alaska and the Aleutian Islands headquartered in BArrow. A new court over CA, OR, HI with any conservative judge on the 9th and new judges appt by Trump. A new court over rest of old 9th with judges appointed by Trump or move work liberals to dilute strength on other courts.
I’ve been hearing some other rumblings about Priebus leaking—and that Trump may be looking already for another chief of staff, as well as a director of communications.
Doesn’t surprise me.
And yeah, I’ve had enough of Levin too.
I have never, ever, ever trusted Priebus. And I despise Ryan.
