Southern California + Nevada
North California - San Francisco + Oregon
Washington State + all of the others
I’d say let the Ninth have the following:
The area around Los Angeles, the area around San Francisco and the eastern bay area up thru Sacramento and Marin wine country, Western shores of Puget sound to include Seattle, and the area around Portland, Oregon and the Willamette valley. Maybe all of Hawaii, too. And that’s IT.
Puts all the Left nuts in one basket. Make the new courts out of the other areas as you’ve outlined.
And let’s not forget Alaska. I think the first judge can be Sarah Palin, and the second judge can be her husband, Todd. THAT would really cause the Left to go red!
