A little common sense, thank goodness. Title IX was never meant to be a Federal mandate that boys be allowed to use girls' bathrooms.

  • Trump Administration Signals Shift in Transgender Policy

The Trump administration signaled late this week that it will not defend controversial federal guidelines that had been issued by Obama for transgender students. In the first concrete sign that a Trump White House will take a different path on transgender issues, the administration dropped the federal government's challenge to an injunction that blocked implementation of the guidelines, which directed schools to allow students to choose the bathroom that corresponds with their claimed gender identity. Last year, after more than 12 states filed legal challenges to the Obama administration's new interpretation of Title IX to bar discrimination based on gender...
  • Trump Drops Defense of Obama Guidelines on Transgender Students

The Trump administration has dropped the federal government’s challenge to a nationwide injunction issued last year that blocked the fulfillment of Obama administration guidelines stating that transgender students’ access to bathrooms and other gender-segregated school facilities was protected under existing federal civil rights law. The injunction was issued in August by Judge Reed O’Connor of the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Texas as part of a lawsuit filed by more than a dozen states over the Obama administration’s position that Title IX, the federal law that bans sex discrimination in schools, protects transgender students. Under that interpretation,...

Hussein the Clown stopped defending the LAW of the United States (Defense of Marriage Act, and the border laws just to name two).

So the fact that PRESIDENT TRUMP won’t go along with the Clown’s scribblings (not LAW) doesn’t bother me one iota.

There was a case at my previous employer where a man “Came out” as a woman and began using the women’s room. Many women on our floor began going to lower floors to the restroom. Everyone in our department of 70 was offered counseling except the one person who needed it. IMO this individual was homosexual and the transgender was just an extension of that behavior. Nice guy and a pretty talented developer, but he was not a woman.

An extremely small percentage of the American population protected by laws we are told are in place because of our bigotry by the enemies within that make the 99.99999 percent of us uncomfortable in our own country. Nothing but the enemies bastradizing our rights and laws to destroy our foundations

They argue that allowing transgender students to use those facilities poses a threat to the privacy and safety of other students."

Ok...

I am not an architect but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. So let's say in the spirit of inclusion we construct a third bathroom. Have you been in an school that was built 20 to 100 yrs ago? where the floor plan is "X" and everything their is fully utilized and has a purpose? So how and where do you construct bathroom No 3, and where and at what price? And what other locations would this have been a requirement? Hotels? Airports? Libraries? Town-Halls? etc. etc.. Great work if you are a small contractor donating to the party in power, but did it make any of this make any sense.....

What is funny to me in all of this is that no one has said toilets and where and when someone relieves themselves is outside the purview of the federal government. In fact, I almost never hear anyone say that the vast majority of things government is involved in is outside the government’s role in a free society with limited government. It just shows how ingrained the idea of seeking government leadership is part of everyone’s psyche, even here. I remember years ago saying the FDA needs to go and receiving flak from people on this site. IN my opinion, the FDA, EPA, and Dept. of ed need to go. In fact, all public schools, or at least federal and state funding and oversight of them needs to go.

Good to see!

This is not normal and should not be celebrated.

What if a student thinks he is a dog and puts dirty socks on his ears and barks. Are they going to say that is normal and we should celebrate it?

A little chip knocked off of the sexual identity movement. Thank you very much for a little sanity on this, Trump.

Good.

He should also reconsider his nomination of Gorsuch.

“Joshua Goodbaum served as a clerk for Gorsuch in 2009, and now works as an attorney. He told Reuters on Friday that on the week of his 2014 “wedding” with his partner, Gorsuch expressed his support.

“He said, ‘This is a wonderful thing. You’ll see how your relationship grows,’” Goodbaum recalled.

http://christiannews.net/2017/02/07/former-law-clerk-for-supreme-court-nominee-says-gorsuch-supported-his-gay-marriage/

"Are you concerned that Neil Gorsuch belongs to a far-left church?"

" He belongs to a far-left church that embraces marriage redefinition, gun control, and the theory of man-caused global warming.

He belongs to St. John's Episcopal Church in Boulder, Colo., the Episcopal diocese of Colorado confirmed on Wednesday. Church bulletins show that the judge has been an usher three times in recent months. His wife Louise frequently leads the intercessory prayer and reads the weekly Scripture at Sunday services, and his daughters assist in ceremonial duties during church services as acolytes.

The first word that St. John's uses to describe itself on its website and Facebook page is "inclusive," and the church is led by a female rector. On its website, the church encourages members to write letters to Congress asking for actions addressing climate change."

If the director of the National Center for Transgender Equality condemned Trump’s action, it must be good.

Those who chop their dicks off or try to graft one on, are mentally disturbed and deserve no special privileges.

Let’s get rid of Title X, and federal funding of education altogether (see Article I Section 8). Problem solved.

Why do you have to be a social conservative to not want men in women’s bathrooms and locker rooms? It’s just normal common sense.

I need a flowchart for this one.

Either that or a simple statement explaining the result.
