Yes, it did have that meaning just about 100 years ago, according to my late mother (b. 1912). I remember that, after I was well into adulthood, she told me that it took her a long time to be able to use the term “jazz” for music because her first acquaintance with the work “jazz” was as a verb not to be heard in polite company.

Hey in my book transgenders should be free to be transgender and I should be free to refer to them as freaks.

Yep I heard that too, that this “Jazz” person had difficulties in the boyfriend/girlfriend area of life.
I guess we are all bigots then, if we would reject a Trans whatever person out of hand.
I’m a bigot. I married a woman, who was born female, was always female, had a woman’s body in every place you can imagine, and who identified as a heterosexual woman, and was happy to be a heterosexual woman. When I was younger I would have rejected someone who was not born female.
Send me to reeducation camp right now......

A spokesman for the company said the 18-inch doll, which has a genderless plastic mold typical of most dolls, is being tested for kids aged 8 years and older and is expected to retail for $89.99. In comparison, the popular mass-market American Girl 18-inch dolls, which come with a book, sell for $115 on AmericanGirl.com. The coming protests against cisgender bias and placing less value on transgender dolls should have some entertainment value. They're going to have to raise the price.

will it wear a sign? what will distinguish it as a freak? or will it come with no clothes and be naked all the time

Somehow dragging my sisters Barbies on a string behind my bike doesn’t seem so bad.

If I remember correctly, Ken had a genital bump. Barbies aren’t genderless. They’re private-partless.

Sounds like mommy’s a piece of work.
I’m sure these will sell way less than “curvy barbie”.
Maybe the only people buying them will be psychiatric hospitals.
