The White House has just released a list to Fox News containing the names of 24 REFUGEES who came from the 7 COUNTRIES affected by Trump’s TRAVEL BAN, and have been charged with TERRORISM!
This effectively exposes all of Obama’s intentional lies which he spewed in a desperate attempt to cover-up the shocking truth that we now know definitely and beyond any doubt…

This is a little weird — this article is reprinted from a website called the Last Great Stand. It shows a somewhat fuzzy clip from someone on Fox — maybe someone knows her and can verify when this showed on Fox? I just find it a little odd how this is presented, and also the big tabloid headlines. Is this really a list from the White House?

The Last Great Stand is a website by an attorney named Michael DePinto. Seems a little sensational. Not that it might not be accurate, I just don’t know.

The first eight years after 911 was during Bush’s administration and I don’t recall one terrorist attack on US soil being reported and I think we know if there had been, we would have heard, “on Bush’s watch”, every day, every hour. The last eight years were Obamas, and there were multiple attacks and every incident was down played and NEVER tied to Obama.

Someone once quoted “the law is a plaything for lawyers.” That certainly seems to be the case. Judges are very creative and having a foregone conclusion and then fitting the law around that conclusion.
It was clear that you were predicting the Dems’ stupid argument; I was suggesting a narrative to counter that kind of nonsense. I can’t believe that the DOJ lawyers were not prepared with that kind of response to the 9th Circus.

Granted, it looks like a pretty flaky site but If you click through, you see that it eventually goes to a Breitbart article describing then-Senator Jeff Sessions releasing a list in Aug 2016 of then 20 refugees (including detail on each) that had become or supported terrorists or obstructed related investigations. It describes how some were convicted, some charged, some went back to the ME to join the terrorist cause and pledged harm to the US. I suppose that list has been expanded to 24 since then but I still don't see any other coverage of it. But what we knew in Aug 2016 should have given some pause and the DOJ lawyers should have had at least this Sessions info in their hip pocket.
