Trump can go with the ban on a slow track review in court,and set up extreme vetting system for the undocumented from the 7 banned countries. This can be done at every port of entry. The laws for deporting those who do not pass extreme vetting are already in place .

This wasn’t a surprise to anyone familiar with the 9th Circus. It most certainly wasn’t a surprise to President Trump. I believe he and his team is far wiser than any of the folks behind these shenanigans and coup attempts. I continue to pray for him and his administration and encourage everyone to keep it up - faithfully and regularly. Floods of Calls and actual hand written letters (snail mail) to Congress and all parties we can think of will get their attention too. And looks for ways to be pro-active to show our strength and numbers as much as possible.
Yes, thinking is a wonderful thing. The courts political bias is exposed, and has just ruled against majority public opinion. Interestingly just when the supreme court is getting a new judge.
The ban was just temporary for extreme vetting and going away anyway. No need to wait for courts but rather fast track to 90 days and go ahead with plans. Implement any controversial ones to coincide with the placement of a new supreme court justice just in case.
Some things just take a bit of time.
