I plan on reading the Art of the Deal actually but am curious if there was more implied than simply recommending a good book in your reply.

I don’t think the establishment realizes how fed up mainstream people are. The Trump election was a warning. We know the media isn’t accurate and the professional politicians are against us. We are reaching a breaking point.
If it continues where the police won’t protect us from demonstrators like Berkley and the court system continues becoming corrupt like the ninth circuit decision then I see one of two things happening. People will take up arms against the state or they just won’t give a damn about the country and will refuse to join the military or police or cooperate with the government and court system.
This one is so cut and dried that I expect a unanimous rebuke of the 9th.
It has happened, and often, before.
Even the liberals on the court are unwilling to relinquish to a complete disregard of the English language, the clear-cut nature of laws, and the concept of precedence.
However, if they do, it is open, bullets-flying warfare on American soil. Not joking.
Do not underestimate the evil of the left. They will challenge vetting in court, next.

If your prediction becomes reality — and especially if the 9th is upheld — then the law is meaningless. Then words no longer have meanings. Then the concept of ‘precedence’ in law is totally upended. Then every law degree in America is invalidated because most of the law is based on ‘precedence’. Then the SCOTUS becomes an utterly invalid institution, making law and usurping both the Executive and Legislative functions.
The reason I disagree with your prediction is that the underlying law Trump based his EO on was never once discussed in either Robart’s or the 9th’s decision. They never considered the law.
The SCOTUS will.
WHAT I’M HOPING FOR:
The scum (individually) on the 9th Circus will overreach just like the first and second little jerks have. When Gorsuch is confirmed, Trump should demand the entire 9th review what their little turds pumped out.
Everyone who voted to violate the Constitution can then be disbarred for violating the supreme law of the land. Then refill the 9th with real judges and distribute them as necessary.
Laz, was the law upheld by Roberts in either the Obamacare decisions or the “gay marriage” decision? Was it upheld in Roe v. Wade?
I’m afraid you have a view of Constitutional/legal life in America that hasn’t existed for a very long time.

If that is the way a state wants to go, then all the "refugees" from terrorism-heavy areas can come to their states.

Fox Business just announced that the Administration will not appeal the 9th Circuit decision either to the full 9th Circuit nor to the Supreme Court. Rather, the Administration will go to trial in the original District Court.
