More Than 100 Inauguration Day Protesters Indicted On Rioting Charges
A grand jury has indicted more than 100 Inauguration Day protesters on rioting charges in Washington, D.C. In total, 209 people have now been indicted.
The indictment, handed up D.C. Superior Court on Wednesday, charged 146 additional protesters with felony rioting meaning they face a fine of up to $25,000 and a maximum of 10 years in prison.
On Inauguration Day Jan. 20 230 people were arrested and charged with felony rioting. Twelve cases have been dismissed.
Local, state and federal law enforcement agencies provided 3,000 officers and were supported by 5,000 National Guard members and police officers in patrolling the streets during President Donald Trump's inauguration ceremony.
Nevertheless, protesters clashed with cops in various locations throughout the day. The final confrontation led to the arrests of more than 200 people near Franklin Square, about a mile and a half from Capitol Hill.
As a result, four businesses were vandalized and sustained "significant damage," demonstrators lighted a limousine on fire, and six police office suffered minor injuries after protesters set fires and threw rocks, bricks, trash cans and other small objects, according to Acting Police Chief Peter Newsham.

Thanks. Looks like a majority of defendants are very young.
The same lawyers’ names repeat, over and over. That indicates they’ll be ramrodding the hearings / “trials” thru in groups, not individually.
My connection keeps shutting down, so I can’t study the spreadsheet beyond the first couple pages.
I’d be interested in knowing how many of these lawyers are with National Lawyers Guild or other activist legal groups.
That’s not in itself objectionable; we have activist lawyers on our side too.
The diff is that attys on our side aren’t helping anyone to stage riots or break the law and get away with it.
The NLG lawyers actually participate in the “protests” and get in the way of cops or other observers. NLG knows who the leaders and worst offenders will be, and by prearrangement will create diversions to allow them to melt back into the crowds.
The protestors who ultimately do get arrested in the “sweeps” (or “police ambushes” as they like to claim) invariably are not engaging in violence—at least not at that moment, while the NLG is filming them being arrested-— later have their cases dismissed for “lack of evidence.”
All this is planned and rehearsed ahead of time.
I’d like to see some of these lawyers busted on RICO charges.
they keep deleteing so i changed the name

Some in response to train robbers, etc, and others, like the state I live in, in response to the Klan scourge of the early 20th century.
I don’t know about Federal, but most states have a law against wearing a mask in public.

The rioters of late are the Leftist Democrat Klan of our time.
is there a pic on the internet that shows the Klan and the masked protestors since they are the same thing? Different era?
