More Than 100 Inauguration Day Protesters Indicted On Rioting Charges
A grand jury has indicted more than 100 Inauguration Day protesters on rioting charges in Washington, D.C. In total, 209 people have now been indicted.
The indictment, handed up D.C. Superior Court on Wednesday, charged 146 additional protesters with felony rioting meaning they face a fine of up to $25,000 and a maximum of 10 years in prison.
On Inauguration Day Jan. 20 230 people were arrested and charged with felony rioting. Twelve cases have been dismissed.
Local, state and federal law enforcement agencies provided 3,000 officers and were supported by 5,000 National Guard members and police officers in patrolling the streets during President Donald Trump's inauguration ceremony.
Nevertheless, protesters clashed with cops in various locations throughout the day. The final confrontation led to the arrests of more than 200 people near Franklin Square, about a mile and a half from Capitol Hill.
As a result, four businesses were vandalized and sustained "significant damage," demonstrators lighted a limousine on fire, and six police office suffered minor injuries after protesters set fires and threw rocks, bricks, trash cans and other small objects, according to Acting Police Chief Peter Newsham.

Nice work.
Court will soon be in ‘Session.’
IT WAS OBAMA THAT MADE IT A FELONY TO RIOT WHEN THE SECRET SERVICE ARE ON SCENE.... Love how the left get boomeranged by him!!!!!!!!!!!
Put these bastards in federal prison for 10 years. Solitary confinement til they go nuts. Wait... hold that... they’re already nuts.
that’s Drew Carey’s kid.
I hope they are convicted as felons.
It’s about “eff-in” time! After 8 years of Obama, Holder, and Lynch, the criminals might just learn that in civil society one just doesn’t riot. They were able to get away with it in Fergeson, Baltimore, and other leftist hell-holes.
My only complaint is that the police really should have made an impact like the Chicago PD did during the 68 dem convention. Dozens of the hundred should have experienced a “wood shampoo,” or what ever they’re making batons out of these days.

Couldn’t agree more these cowardly little squibs have gotten away with this sort of behavior for too long - minimum 2 years jail time for using a weapon and concealing your identity at a march/demonstration.
Works for me...
Just pick up the phone and call George Soros for the bail money and the eventual payment of fines.
they face a fine of up to $25,000 and a maximum of 10 years in prison.
He's the a$$hole who hired you and got you into the mess to begin with.
“How many are in custody now?”
I understand your point - but it doesn’t matter. These clowns thought that they were dealing with Chicago-style ‘justice’ meaning a small fine and they’re on their way.
Now they are looking down the barrel of a LIFE-CHANGING EVENT, no different than getting a let blown off (probably worse, actually). 10 years in the clink is NOTHING TO SNEEZE AT - in fact, when felons see that kind of crime, the crime rate GOES DOWN, often way down - too bad that criminologists haven’t yet picked up on the correlation though.
This is a HUGE DEAL to them and their families, their lives are ruined, and if they try to be cute by trying to run and hide, they’ll have federal marshals tracking down their scents, and ready to lock up all who abet them.
The key now is to get these laws applied to places like Berkeley - maybe have some Republican Congressman show up with Milo - so that the rioting, and THE RESPONSE, become federal events...and hence the same felony rioting charges. A few more rounds of indictments and ruined lives and the Brownshirts will be looking for new careers. They only exist as long as they are supported by those in power...once that ends, so do they.
“However, I bet quite a few of them will jump bond.”
Anything’s possible, but I don’t think so. Once they jump, they lose any claim that their prosecutions are politically motivated...which is about their only hope now. And if they do jump - they go where? Back home, nope - to friends, maybe...as long as their friends don’t mind risking a few decades in jail for harboring them.
They’ll show up, and hope to cut a deal or at least have a chance of appealing.
Very cool.
Too bad the FBI isn’t helping with this.
Squeeze them until they squeal SOROS like a stuck pig than arrest that sob and put him in prison before you expedite him to Russia for execution.
As for application of Federal laws to Berkley riots, they already do. Take a look at the Federal civil rights laws. I think it’s called conspiracy to deny rights or some such.
Hope they follow through
>>You could tell they were very glad they were going to have a President that had their backs.
That’s a bigger deal than most people realize. With all the anti-police #BLM nonsense that has been pushed over the last few years, cops really like having leadership they know have their backs. I see it with the local police where I live, where our guys know by word and deed from the political leadership that the leadership has their backs.
I wouldn’t want to live where it was otherwise. Maintaining law and order is a core function of government, and undercutting it seems a core goal of the #BLM types.
make an example of these scum.
Throw the book at em.
Put em in jail and fine em to the max.
Thanks for the ping, Lucyt !

Does the president have to be there, or just the agent?
If just the agent, they should put him in with the local LEOs, in the location when Milo would be going to speak next; say it’s for advance location eval for an upcoming visit by the President after Milo’s talk.
Doesn’t mean the president will actually end up visiting after Milo; he (the president) can always cancel.
That way if the punks riot, they will have done it where there is a secret service agent on duty.
