The U.S. military failed to disclose thousands of airstrikes over the last several years in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan, according to the Military Times.

An investigation revealed Sunday that the U.S. conducted at least 456 airstrikes in Afghanistan last year that were not recorded in the open-source database kept by the U.S. Air Force. The airstrikes were conducted my several U.S. aircraft – including helicopters and drones.

Can somebody tell me WHY this is a problem?

Imagine WWII "Oh, you didn't tell us you bombed this target in Germany."

It isn’t a problem other than the fact lefty’s hung their hat on Obama being the Peace God that got us out of Iraq and saved civilian lives.

I love this quote from the original story “Most alarming is the prospect this data has been incomplete since the war on terrorism began in October 2001. If that is the case, it would fundamentally undermine confidence in much of what the Pentagon”

They are already trying to say Bush did it too.

My thoughts exactly. I want complete silence out of the military establishment. I would prefer to see confused MSM media reports trying to get their minds wrapped around the sudden disintegration of jihadist entities around the world.

Fox News and the rest of the media had their heads too far up Obama’s butt to see anything else.

Furthermore, the Traitors in the media, who help the enemy daily, are not entitled to know when we strike.

`So, close air support by rotary wing aircraft is now considered an “airstrike”? Who knew?

Hard to say when we decided to go offensive a few miles from a Russian base in Syria since the late 70s. We need a war pause in the ME. Love the in country safe zones.

Help me is this:

1. Is this fake news? or
2. Not even fake news? or
3. Should our military even be reporting its air strikes?

“Close air support” doesn’t mean that the choppers are hanging around. They are armed and firing guns and rockets in support of the effort. It is certainly an air strike.

Watch the news.
During bammy’s reign, all civilian deaths due to US strikes were ignored, deliberately, and intentionally.
Now, the media is going to report even if 1 civilian is killed, even if being used as a shield by the savages.

And each projectile, from every aircraft.

And defensive flares, and each bit of chaff, and...

Air drop the jamokes to the location of any old ‘airstrike’.

They can comb the area for fragments.

All quite safe, for they will be among friends.

The problem is (IMO) likely that the targets were not our real enemies - they probably assisted the enemy - wittingly at the national command level.
