DENVER -- The special agent in charge of the Secret Service’s Denver district who is under investigation for a social media post suggesting she wouldn’t take a bullet for President Trump has been suspended, CBS station KCNC-TV reports.
The station has learned that Kerry O’Grady has been suspended from her job with pay.
The Secret Service took the action after O’Grady made headlines about a private Facebook post she made in October.
In the message, O’Grady said she would not take a bullet for then-candidate Trump and expressed support for Hillary Clinton.
O’Grady is the head of the Denver office but may not be able to hold onto that position once the investigation into the post is completed.
Relocate this agent to the Kwajalein Atoll and she can be the resident missile-catcher.
With pay? That’s not a suspension, that’s a vacation!
Suspension w/pay almost always means they are fired.
Oh, suspended - such strong language for CBS! Earlier reports were that she was on administrative leave with pay! Paid vacation to sit home!
She should be fired. We do not need a partisan hack in the Secret Service.
Would she have taken a bullet for Obama? If so, Fire her!
Secret Service CAN NOT be partisan hacks.

Suspended with pay huh? Cruel and unusual...paid vacation. I think a better punishment would be to have her take a bullet for a political figure she approves of.

When I was there she would have been a missing reef walker.
Last time I saw Kwajalein in print was mid sixties when we were studying cargo loading for break bulk ships.
Take her pay away!! Who gets paid when they don’t do their job?
If the culture in the SS is right, the investigation is a formality, and they’ll push her down the swamp drain when it’s over.

I hope so. I didn’t like Obama at all, but I wouldn’t have been happy with an SS agent who said she wasn’t going to protect him.
She should go knock on Barry’s door in Washington. He is the only man she would take a bullet for. I doubt he’ll pay her what she was making on the Secret Service. Folks like Barry, I understand, are pretty cheap.
She probably wouldn’t take a bullet for a president that he did like. She doesn’t belong in the Secret Service.
She knowingly violated the Hatch act and on that basis alone should be dismissed.
Government employees and congress critters.
