At least two manager level Secret Service officials were fired and escorted from the White House complex, according to a report by reporter Steve Clemons.
The Secret Service has been accused of slow-walking an investigation of an agent based in Denver who publicly stated she would not ‘take a bullet’ for President Donald Trump.

I wonder sometimes if it’s good to have grammar police around, because this country has gone downhill in a number of ways. Our language has been butchered to the point that it’s common to hear the word “literally” being used figuratively. I think I like having grammar police around. They keep me on my toes, and refresh my brain when I’ve forgotten how to speak or write correctly.

The comments at gatewaypundit were interesting. My conclusion is that the 2 were fired because of the leeks. The foot dragging wouldn’t result in something that extreme, they would have been reassigned or something. But this story is big enough that the journalist caught the first plane to DC. We will know a lot more later today.
