Like they did Madonna. Where are the charges against openly inciting violence and assassination against our president?? You have Sarah Silverman openly write on Twitter to overthrow the president with a military coup. It’s really out of hand. They didn’t even fire the SS officer in Denver saying she’d not stop and attempt.

Anti-fa my azz. Don’t let the anti-American/anarchists define themselves with noble sounding words. They are agent provocateurs paid and organised by outside agitators.

EXCLUSIVE — MMA Fighter Jake Shields on How He Saved a Man in Berkeley From Antifa Rioters

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3520810/posts

Professional MMA fighter and UFC Veteran, Jake Shields, was forced to rescue a civilian who was being severely beaten by “anti-fascist” rioters in Berkeley, California, on Wednesday, after police officers allegedly refused to intervene.

Realizing that law enforcement officers were not going to help the man who was being cornered and violently attacked, Shields took the moment into his own hands, and fought off the mob of rioters while he helped the injured and bloodied man to safety.

“Mobs of people. Nobody helped, but people were yelling ‘get up, get up.’ Like fifteen people were trying to attack him and others were cheering them on,” he continued. “No one helped, no one had the balls to step in, so my reaction was to run in and start picking

What DOES apply is Milo's Civil Rights were clearly violated by the Mayor who ordered the stand down, thus failing to ADEQUATELY PROTECT MILO's RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH

Not exactly.

The Constitutional right to Free Speech does not include a duty to provide a venue. The real Constitutional issue is that the people who wanted to listen to Milo were denied their right to Peacefully Assemble and address their grievances. Even the protestors had a right to assemble and exercise their right to Free Speech. The operative word here is "Peacefully."

You want to look at the Mayor's duty to maintain law and order. And when he failed in that duty, look to the Governor and his responsibilities to maintain law and order when the locals fail or are overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the solution to that problem lies with the ballot box and fat chance of that happening in a uniparty state.

I loathe the tendency to Federalize everything But if there is a Civil Rights issue here, then it is the Right to Peacefully Assemble.

Leftists showing rage against a gay man, leftists supporting Islamo-Nazis who oppress gays and women more than anybody on earth, leftists supporting the government telling you to buy a companies product (healthcare) or be punished....Isn’t it curious that the left is everything they claim to be protesting against?

This guy is a known Communist - and that is not even an exaggeration.

The Left still does not understand who they are dealing with.

This is not business as usual, and they will learn the hard way.

Good!

Would prefer though the anarchist group be charged. RICO. Conspiracy. Arrest them and go federal with the charges. High bails.

“They can investigate Janet Napolitano as well. Isn’t she the dean at UC Berkley?”

Hell, she’s President of the entire University of California system. She needs to be visited.

The common theme running through these riots and protests is anarchy. They’re advocating the overthrow of Trump and threatening conservative thought. “Anyone” includes the Berkeley mayor who allowed the violence to go on. The FBI needs to pay him a visit.

Thanks for the ping. Someone needs to be held accountable for the stand down/lack of protection.

The Univ PD tweeted, that night, about which areas to avoid and where to watch for broken windows. What????

I see that CNN/FakeNews’ Robert Reiccccchhhh has tried to blame the riots on far right groups.

Idiot leftists and their projection game is getting as old as their violent riots.

What is truly amazing, to me, is how these Corruptocrats/Radicals are able to connive so many young people to do their bidding (rioting) for them. The job must pay, or promise to pay, very well :(

Good! When found Guilty, give him the WHOLE sentence as above, as an example to others.

People have the RIGHT to protest the government at all levels. This is part of the rights we all have, and enumerated by the US Constitution.

But the protest must be peaceful. Use or advocate direct violence and you are no longer practicing a right enumerated in the Constitution.

This should be clear to ALL Americans. If not, then it needs to be made clear with some pertinent examples.
