Trump should file a complaint with the bar association. What Yates did was attempt to force her client - the U.S. government - into default by not appearing and answering suits in the courts where filed. The response is simple enough - a motion to dismiss on grounds that the President was acting within his discretion - and in most cases the complainants lack standing.

What will the results be if half of the government workers resign? My answer is the government would immediately become more efficient.

I wonder who the Trump team used with the Department of Justice to assist in writing the EO?
I wonder if it was this guy?
Remember that the transition team has been sizing up the players from the moment they hit the ground.

betrayed the Department of Justice by refusing to enforce a legal order designed to protect the citizens of the United States. This order was approved as to form and legality by the Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel.
Ms. Yates is an Obama Administration appointee who is weak on borders and very weak on illegal immigration.
It is time to get serious about protecting our country.
Calling for tougher vetting for individuals travelling from seven dangerous places is not extreme. It is reasonable and necessary to protect our country.
Tonight, President Trump relieved Ms. Yates of her duties and subsequently named Dana Boente, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, to serve as Acting Attorney General until Senator Jeff Sessions is finally confirmed by the Senate, where he is being wrongly held up by Democrat senators for strictly political reasons.
"I am honored to serve President Trump in this role until Senator Sessions is confirmed. I will defend and enforce the laws of our country to ensure that our people and our nation are protected," said Dana Boente, Acting Attorney General.

Acting AG Sally Yates could have tendered her resignation today to the President on her "moral" grounds, but she didn't. Why not?
Because by deliberately provoking getting fired she's attracting all kinds of acclaim, sympathy, admiration and publicity from across the fruited plain. She's made herself into a high-minded patriot, a hero...and an icon of the left, all in one swell foop.
To what purpose?
To remain on the Swamp payroll with all its benefits and perks, look for her to run for public office, probably for a U. S. senatorial seat in the 2018 election when 33 of the 100 senatorial spots will be open. She will have a good base to start in with thanks to her calculated move today.
If she had merely resigned, she would have been a 30-day wonder in the news before crash-landing into the ash heap of history.

Was Sally Yates the Justice Dept. Attorney that granted all the crooks in the Clinton E-mail scandal immunity?
I’ll bet the farm she was involved.
