Florida Sen. Marco Rubio joined North Carolina Sen. Tim Scott in voicing their concern for President Donald Trumps recent executive order banning travel from certain Muslim-majority nations, according to a Monday report from Politico.
Rubio opposed Trump during the 2016 Republican presidential primary, and again during the U.S. Senate hearing to confirm Trumps Secretary of State appointee Rex Tillerson, although Rubio voted to confirm in the end.
We are uneasy about the potential impact of these measures on our military and our diplomatic personnel abroad, as well as those who put their lives on the line to work with us, Rubio and Scott wrote in a joint letter.

No surprise, the Koch brothers are against this and Rubio is a known Koch sucker.
Sniveling little coward.
Is Rubio foaming this in from a party?
LOL!
So in other words, let’s just let as many of them as we can into this country.
I can tell you that Trump is not going to put up with nonsense in either party.
Rubio and everyone who voted for his Gang of Amnesty bill is an enemy of the citizens and the rule of law.
Alexander, Corker, Flake, Graham, Hatch, Heller, Hoeven, McCain, Murkowsky and Rubio all need to be replaced with patriots.
Uneasy? Quisling.
Rubio is weak person. Snowflake.
Rubio et. al. are damned idiots.
Rotten little RINO !
I just sent this to my Congressman, Michael McCaul, who release a similarly weak statement yesterday:
“A failure of imagination.” So profound was this conclusion of the 9/11 committee, that you titled your book after it. I, for one, have no lack of imagination when it comes to the heinous, barbaric acts that our enemies want to visit upon our shores. Thank you Congressman McCaul for your stance on Homeland security. Please express my support to the President for his actions on “extreme vetting” for those who wish to immigrate here.
In 2001, it would have taken extraordinary imagination to predict that aggressors would live among us, attend flight school, learn to pilot commercial aircraft, and then turn aircraft into flying missiles. But no stretch of imagination is needed to predict probable infiltration within the mass of so-called refugees.
There is a paradox to pre-emption — If we’re right, we are excoriated by liberals because the act failed to materialize. Can you imagine if President Bush, acting on intel, had expelled foreign flight students from the United States? With 9/11 never happening, he would have been fed to the wolves as a madman bent on harming relations with middle eastern nations.
With his actions, President Trump is on the other side of the paradox. He IS preventing the attack before it happens, but he must still suffer the sharp words and manufactured dissent from the uninformed Quislings.
I stand with President Trump, and strongly support his actions to Make America Safe Again. Please stand with him in the strongest possible terms. The media are fueling dissent and I urge you to fight back against their lies and propaganda.
I was not endorsing this BS. I was simply stating that I read the Koch brothers came out against this yesterday at their crony retreat at Palm Springs. I was also commenting on what I suspect is Rubio’s true motive and his proclivities.
Fake News—Sen. Scott represents South Carolina.
Oh—Rubio’s a punk.
Of course. The little man is simply mouthing the Kochs.
I see what you did there.
Should I become and independent and leave the Republican Party? Are they really going to do this to President Trump?
brilliant!
This is kinda funny. Trump is fulfilling a campaign promise.
The uniparty may be down, but they are not quite out.
