Actually, the Green should be extended along the coast all the way to the Canadian border as was predicted by Robert Heinlein many years ago.

The area is loaded with lovely oceanfront real estate. I think we ought to keep it. Relocate the current residents...to some other oceanfront territory. Like the Aleutians.
Just call the red part of the state Nevada.
While the Left called Rick Perry a traitor for suggesting that Texas secede, I don’t hear anyone on our side declaring that they will miss California, should it leave the Union. There’s a difference worth noting between conservatives and liberals.

Agree regarding the whacko residents. The problem with ceding that land is they’re bankrupt. It won’t be the Mexicans bailing them out. It will be the Chicoms taking over and establishing military bases.
