Add Sacramento and Davis to the green mix
both are lost ..
Actually, the Green should be extended along the coast all the way to the Canadian border as was predicted by Robert Heinlein many years ago.
The area should not secede, the area should be purged from the Union as if it were a cancer
Based on the election results map which I just looked at, we should add about 6 more counties to the north of the green area, going up about half way to the Oregon border.
