So far, 20 GOPers have announced opposition to or questioned Trump's executive order banning travelers and refugees from 7 countries from entering the U.S.
Sen. John McCain: "There's so much confusion out there," McCain said on "Face the Nation." "Obviously this process and these conclusions were not vetted." He warned the order could be used as propganda by ISIS for recruiting.
Rep. Carlos Curbelo: "I expect that these executive orders are in fact temporary and that once the Administration strengthens the vetting process, we can continue our tradition of welcoming those who are persecuted in an orderly manner and without any kind of religious test."
Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen: "I object to the suspension of visas from the seven named countries because we could have accomplished our objective of keeping our homeland safe by immediate implementation of more thorough screening procedures."
Rep. Charlie Dent: "This is ridiculous. I guess I understand what his intention is, but unfortunately the order appears to have been rushed through without full consideration. You know, there are many, many nuances of immigration policy that can be life or death for many innocent, vulnerable people around the world."
Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick: "While we certainly need to enhance our current vetting process and significantly reform our immigration policies to make sure terrorists are not exploiting our nation's proud tradition of freedom and acceptance, the President's policy entirely misses the mark."
Rep. Justin Amash: "It's not lawful to ban immigrants on basis of nationality. If the president wants to change immigration law, he must work with Congress."
Rep. Barbara Comstock: "The President's Executive Order issued yesterday went beyond the increased vetting actions that Congress has supported..."
Sen. Susan Collins: "The worldwide refugee ban set forth in the executive order is overly broad and implementing it will be immediately problematic.

maybe President Trump needs to make a trip up to Congress tomorrow and take the podium and speak!!!!
To ALL Freepers....call these asswipes and tell them what you think!!
They are busy chasing TV cameras. I can assure you they don’t care what we think about this. It’s all beltway theater.
Some of these morons just dont get it.
1. Sen. John McCain: “There’s so much confusion out there,” McCain said on “Face the Nation.” “Obviously this process and these conclusions were not vetted.” He warned the order could be used as propaganda by ISIS for recruiting
You mean youre confused. We are not the breeding ground for terrorists.
2. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen: “I object to the suspension of visas from the seven named countries because we could have accomplished our objective of keeping our homeland safe by immediate implementation of more thorough screening procedures.”
I hate to tell you but a more thorough screening process based upon rave4 or religion is considered profiling. And we all know what happens there.
3. Rep. Charlie Dent: “This is ridiculous. I guess I understand what his intention is, but unfortunately the order appears to have been rushed through without full consideration. You know, there are many, many nuances of immigration policy that can be life or death for many innocent, vulnerable people around the world.”
His order was fully considered. It has two int4entions. One, to keep Muslim terrorists out of the country, and two, to let them know we mean business doing it. We are not going to to fold and run.
4. Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick: “While we certainly need to enhance our current vetting process and significantly reform our immigration policies to make sure terrorists are not exploiting our nation’s proud tradition of freedom and acceptance, the President’s policy entirely misses the mark.”
If youve got a better idea that has not been used before, then start singing fat lady.
5. Rep. Justin Amash: “It’s not lawful to ban immigrants on basis of nationality. If the president wants to change immigration law, he must work with Congress.”
Work with congress? Show me what youve done. I can come up with a lot of points of your failures like Orlando nightclub shooting. Well done, idget!
6. Rep. Barbara Comstock: “The President’s Executive Order issued yesterday went beyond the increased vetting actions that Congress has supported.”
Like what, Barbara? So far you guys have done nothing as people die inside our borders.
7. Sen. Susan Collins: “The worldwide refugee ban set forth in the executive order is overly broad and implementing it will be immediately problematic.
To guarantee we will not allow evil people to get inside our borders to kill us is problimatoic to who? Far as I can see, to the murderers.
8. Sen. Jeff Flake: “It’s unacceptable when even legal permanent residents are being detained or turned away at airports and ports of entry.”
How many of them are murderers or support them Jeff? Please point them out so we4 can get them.
9. Sen. Ben Sasse: “If we send a signal to the Middle East that the U.S. sees all Muslims as jihadis, the terrorist recruiters win by telling kids that America is banning Muslims and that this is America versus one religion. Our generational fight against jihadism requires wisdom.”
They already are stupid. This is why there are so many of them, there are over 75 million of them world wide. And again, which ones are they?
10. Sen. Rob Portman: “This was an extreme vetting program that wasn’t properly vetted.”
Give me another one
11. Sen. Cory Gardner: “I urge the Administration to take the appropriate steps to fix this overly broad executive order.”
Okay, then every time one of them kills someone for their cause in the US, you go to jail for supporting them.
12. Sen. Bob Corker: “This executive order has been poorly implemented, especially with respect to green card holders.”
No, it was well implemented. You just didnt like the r4eason for it.
13. Sen. Lindsey Graham: “Such a hasty process risks harmful results.... And we should not turn our backs on those refugees who have been shown through extensive vetting to pose no demonstrable threat to our nation, and who have suffered unspeakable horrors, most of them women and children.” (in a statement with John McCain)
Graham, you have no idea what unspeakable horrors are. Can we say Orlando nightclub again. Those people did nothing to deserve that.
14.Sen. Marco Rubio: “While I am supportive of strengthening our screening processes and securing our borders, a blanket travel ban goes too far,” according to the Washington Post.
Repeat. Find something better.
15 Rep. Elise Stefanik: “I oppose President Trump’s rushed and overly broad Executive Order.”
Do you or not support anything?
16. Sen. Lamar Alexander: “This vetting proposal itself needed more vetting.”
And the wasted ink to cover your statement was also redundant.
17. Rep. Will Hurd: “This visa ban is the ultimate display of mistrust and will erode our allies’ willingness to fight with us.”
Allies dont allow their people to kill our people.
18. Rep. Mike Coffman: “While I’ve supported heightened vetting procedures for those wanting to travel to our country, I have never, nor will I ever support a blanket travel ban for people solely based on ethnic or religious grounds.”
Grow up Mike. People are dying. Do your job.
19. Gov. John Kasich: “In probably many Arab capitals today, people are like, ‘What is America doing?’ He told WashPo.
In many Arab countries today, most of their people dont even knows this happened. Thats why they are trapped in their own country by their government being fed mushroom food.
Thats enough. These people dont have any idea what they are saying. They live in La La land. Nothing ever goes wrong there and they are safe. They cannot fathom the reality. They need to go.

Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

I’ll be stopping by Charlie Dent’s office tomorrow to find out what exactly is ‘ridiculous’ about this.
Poor ol' John, he don't realize that ISIS don't need a reason to recruit. Ascribing normal actions to animals.
Spineless McCain sounds just exactly like Obama and Cankles. “Ooh, ooh, we’d better not offend ISIS! If we just grovel on our bellies maybe they
won ‘ t try to kill us. “

RINO list bump
Thank you THANK YOU!!!!!!
BREAKING NEWS FLASH:
20 Republicans Who Didn’t Criticize Barack Obama’s 6 Month Ban On Iraqi Muslims In 2011 Now Criticize Trump
The Obama Administration Stopped Processing Iraq Refugee Requests For 6 Months In 2011
November 18, 2015 By Sean Davis
Although the Obama administration currently refuses to temporarily pause its Syrian refugee resettlement program in the United States, the State Department in 2011 stopped processing Iraq refugee requests for six months after the Federal Bureau of Investigation uncovered evidence that several dozen terrorists from Iraq had infiltrated the United States via the refugee program.
Here in Arizona I thought we had a great candidate in Kelli Ward, but the funding for McCain’s primary smear campaign against her in the primary was quite well funded by leftists. The crap I received in the mail stating she was against law and order, wanting to endanger our troops and police....was despicable. This propaganda didn’t even have McCain’s name on it, some organization for preventing Kelli Ward from becoming our Senator, calling itself something good sounding. They were using her objection to the Patriot Act, but did not state that clearly, only using some of the Act’s wording to denounce her objection to such great government.
We’re heading towards dictatorship. It’s not the Executive branch’s fault. The problem is Congress. They’re too afraid of the media. Congress is becoming more and more irrelevant.
The communists are good but we are better. We just have to get more serious about getting rid of these bozos. Either that or stop complaining about them. I’m not about to stop complaining.
I have three that have to go right here in Fla.
It’s not easy but its doable.
We have to anticipate everything and anything they will pull and be ready for it.
You’re either with the Americans, or you’re with the moslems. Take note, voters.
If Amash doesn’t know the law, he needs to resign.
...so where did these talking points come from? Does Soros own certain members of Congress? Does he control the media and Hollywood?
