I had that, a few years ago, for almost a week. Found out it was allergy related....Benadryl did the trick.
Hope yours goes away, quick.
I may have had vertigo a few weeks ago....same symptoms. It's quite scary when bending over and the room seems to be spinning. I'm not sure if mine was due to my ears or a pinch in my neck because after my ears popped and my neck cracked I'm better.
All I could imagine is me going face first in kitty litter boxes as I cleaned them.....Ewwwwww! ;-)

I am dealing with vertigo too, second day now. Was in hospital 17 hours, they released me head still spinning. Its horrible & very scary. Im helpless
