What I meant was, recess Congress for a short time, so President Trump can do recess appointments.

Then the question is, how long do those last, are they like a regular appointment.

Was wondering if that would be an alternative to the foot dragging.

That worked for me. It is showing Chuck Schumer (it looks like outside with a crowd.) Is it a live feed and which C-Span is it? 1, 2 or 3? Every time I have tried before it has asked me to choose which one of the approved services I have. Since I didn't have any of the ones listed it would not let me in.
