Theirs is not a righteous revolt against tyranny. It's insurrection against the lawful demands of the federal government, who are merely enforcing the same laws that apply to every state in the union.

I admit it may not be righteous. But in their minds it is: they want “state’s rights”. This is an admission on their part that being ruled by a far off Big Government is unjust.
Kind of what FR has been fighting for these past decades.

In the big picture: sending less money to DC is a good thing, that all FReepers should support.
