I say send in federal officers and arrest those public officials ordering non-compliance.

I believe that they could federalize the California Air and Army National Guard.

If they wanted to.

President Trump is “bringing them to heel,” doesn’t end up well for the “dog” when it bites back...usually.

Hope PT has some ideas for a response.

Lots of talk from morons.

No state has that ability.

No employer is going to listen to any state goon on this.

The IRS can dump your bank accounts faster than you can swat a fly, and without leaving their desk.

Too funny. Imagine what Cali would do when all the Illegals who scam EITC get a mail from the Feds saying their refund will NOT be coming if they live at a CA address.

If President Trump is smart he will spend 3 years Gutting the federal government of every department. Make it Lean and Clean. Set it back to a Republican Form of government guaranteed in the constitution. Then Spend the last year enacting legal actions to limit the power of the presidency. No more ‘executive orders’ no more ‘signing statements’. The presidency should be Gutted and become a figurehead only. The Congress going forward will be the voice of the people and the senate the voice of the states.

It’s a fantasy anyway.

Frankly, that makes sense.

We have rogue leadership here in California.

They are not abiding by their oaths of office.

The Justice Department should step in and prosecute these folks, declare them unfit to hold office if they cannot abide by their oaths of office, or the job descriptions they are held to remain faithful to.

If California seized a penny, simply file federal embezzlement charges. They can get arrested and go to trial and somehow try to make the claim that the money belongs to California. After all, they've hired a total top dog ex attorney general to fight the president.

Wonder if the judge will be able to suppress the laughter.

The real reason they oppose Trump I think is that they are afraid that he will figure out that they are fixing the elections in California.

I’d like to see something on the ballot in California, that would remove every state official.

Then we could start over.

I’d also like to see a ballot that would incarcerate for life anyone who pushed off secession on the citizens of the state.

When it doesn’t pass, they go to prison for life.

Let’s all play games.

Send in the military. Take out the snowflakes. End of story.

Or am I getting ahead of myself here...

Something that just occurred to me although I have known about it for awhile , just never put the two together. Many have espoused a second civil war in America is becoming more and more prevalent. Two hot areas of contention come to mind, Chicago and Calexit. Could it be possible that like the first civil war, the North thinking the South easy to defeat, has led some to this same false of security should Calexit come to fruition? I believe as things ratchet up in California and the Calexit vote nears, how people will react to this. Should Federal troops enter California this could spark the fire that would plummet the Union into a visceral fight that will spread across the land. While the aftermath may not be of the Postman apocolyptic type, it would forever change the USA for a second time in last 150 years. Would this be bad or good? History will only be the judge of whether to write the obituary on the greatest expirement on Earth, or whether the expirement to continue. One thing that is certain is that on the other side, the Nation will be changed, no matter the outcome.

Dear California:

You don’t have enough water on your own, you don’t have enough energy on your own, you can’t pay your bills as it is. In other words, you just ain’t Texas.

Whatever scenario you’ve gamed out, you’d best run through it again, more slowly and carefully this time.
