For example you can see that the City of San Francisco (a sanctuary city) received $465 million in 2015 and $416 million in 2016 in revenue from the federal government per page 28 of their audited financial statements.
I would need to look further to determine how much of the state revenue of $776 million was actually flow through from the feds.

I agree with you vis a vis blacks waking up but unfortunately still many are vulnerable to manipulation. I think we need to proceed carefully. Why give our enemies an argument? There are a lot of things we can do short of pulling fed dollars to address illegal immigration. I do however trust the Whitehouse and realize that it may already be part of their calculation. It may be that the only way to break the back of illegal immigration is to end sanctuary cities. If that is the case then this is the way to go. I just would rather our side always be seen as helping and reaching out to the urban areas.
More money for the wall and border security.
