As we always knew, California and American elections are filled with fraud and corruption. Thanks to a new poll, we now know that approximately 13% of illegal aliens vote. Since they are already criminals, stealing IDs or using phony IDs. lie to get welfare, steal jobswhy not vote as they to lose. Since they can not be deported or jailed, they have nothing to lose. Obama is protecting these law breakers. Could this be why real citizens dont votethe illegal aliens outvote them? Worse, in close elections illegal aliens can make the difference. Corruption? Look at the ballot box. In fact, they could have elected a President and Senator! Since 80 percent of noncitizens vote Democratic, according to the study, noncitizen participation could have been large enough to change meaningful election outcomes including Electoral College votes [in North Carolina in 2008], and Congressional elections such as the 2008 race in Minnesota in which Al Franken was elected to the U.S. Senate, giving Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote to pass Obamacare. The Old Dominion/George Mason study was sharply attacked by progressive critics, but the mounting evidence makes clear this is a real problem.

January 14, 2012: Florida investigation reveals 180,000 non-citizens may be registered to vote
Florida officials have discovered that 180,000 registered voters may be non-citizens.A CBS4/Miami Herald analysis of information supplied by Miami-Dade shows a large number of the potential non-citizens voters cast ballots in the past including the 2000 election, when the presidency was decided by just over 500 votes.
[snip]
According to the Heritage Foundations Hans Von Spakovsky, Floridas investigation is only looking at legal immigrants, not illegal aliens, who may have registered to vote even though they are not citizens. Von Spakovsky, a former member of the Federal Elections Commission, says that Florida is doing the right thing with this investigation, but is only scratching the surface. Florida cant check for illegal aliens who registered to vote because the Federal government is not giving Florida access to Immigration and Naturalization Service records which would help identify illegals who have registered to vote.

On Bill O’Reilly last night, Dana Perino claimed there is no voter fraud. Why didn’t she leave with Kelly?
NO!!! Any solution that lets them stay is AMNESTY. They must leave. Period. Let them apply to immigrate to the US just like everyone else. And start at the back of the line.
If we are forced to arrest and deport them, instead of leaving voluntarily, then no option to immigrate in the future. Get them to leave voluntarily.
180,000 deportees. And think of the fines (bet state could use the money).
Trump needs to suspend all elections down to dog catcher until this is under control. It’s unconstitutional to allow foreigners to steer the ship of state.
By the time you see one cockroach, you already have 100.
If 13% illegal foreign invaders admit they voted, you have over 90% voting.
He actually implied that if they did vote, then they would be automatically considered citizens.
IIRC he said "If you vote, you are a citizen."
That is what THEY think. Now we have an adult in charge in America, so these illegals should move out on their own before we catch up with them.
Saddle up, boys.
Dana Perino is a BushBot globalist...and a certified airhead.
If 30 million illegal aliens voting is correct, then 13% is 3,900,000 or closer to 4 million illegal voters voting - which utterly destroys local elections.
Add in all the other forms of illegal voting and that number begins to have a real effect on the nation’s politics and perceptions of reality (especially with the MSN distorting it even further).
right on!
love the rant!
They would not believe it nor publish it.
A key mantra of the fake news/lying mediots is there are no illegals voting nor election fraud.
Sounds like a good way to get rid of the illegal voters across America.
“Offer green card holders 30 days to request their names be removed from voter roll. Non compliance = immediate forfeiture of status, and deportation. Compliance gets pardon from penalties. Then go after illegals.”
I have posted something similar. Give the illegals here a 30 to 45 day window to go back to their native country before we start sending the illegals back.
Those, who go back and don’t have criminal records can reapply for a green card a year or so later.
Those, who don’t go back on their own and get sent back would be banned forever to even visit America. Photo IDs with a retinal scan with fingerprints can document, who did the correct thing, and who didn’t.
It is common practice for college students to vote absentee in their home state, AND vote in the city where they are schooling.
It used to be and probably still is for the snowbirds on the East Coast and Rainbirds on the West Coast to vote in two states.
They use absentee ballots in their home state and vote in their winter state.
“That said, what about the ones who vote but don’t admit it?:
What % of illegals, who vote illegally would admit that in a poll to a stranger.
Doubling that 13% of illegals vote, might be a good estimate.
Since they are already criminals, stealing IDs or using phony IDs. lie to get welfare, steal jobswhy not vote as they to lose.
****************************************************
ALL illegal aliens MUST commit multiple crimes daily to continue their illegal presence here.
It is not enough to only deport those who have been caught and convicted.

House Panel Demands Explanation of DHS’ Attempted Hack of GA Election Systems
A House Committee has asked the Department of Homeland Security to explain attempts to breach Georgia’s election systems from a DHS IP address last year:
The leader of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform wants a fuller accounting from the Department of Homeland Security about complaints of the agency “rattling of doorknobs” on the state of Georgia’s network firewall.
Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) sent letters on Jan. 11 to DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson and DHS Inspector General John Roth asking about “unauthorized scans” and “unsuccessful attempts to penetrate” the Georgia Secretary of State’s firewall from last February into November’s election season. . . .
In his letter to Roth, Chaffetz requested the IG open an investigation into DHS’ activities with the Georgia system. In his letter to Johnson, Chaffetz requested all of the DHS secretary’s correspondence with [Georgia Secretary of State] Kemp.
According to Chaffetz’ letter to Roth, Johnson informed Kemp the attempt to gain access to the state’s network had been “normal interaction” by a DHS contractor with the Georgia Secretary of States’ website.” Johnson, according to Chaffetz, assured Kemp that “’there was no scanning,’” or security assessment of the network by DHS. . . . The official explanation, Chaffetz wrote, is dubious and requires an independent investigation.
We thank Rep. Chaffetz for taking this issue seriously and trust that DHS under the newly confirmed Secretary Kelly will fully investigate this attempted breach and reign in DHS’ overreach into state election administration.

Backs up Trump's claim that illegals voted in this past election.
“Every year on April 15 ... I am especially angry about all of them here...Pay your fair share da&^ it!”
Amen! I actually start in the 3rd week of January. That is when we started getting the statements from our IRA’s, SS, retirement checks and even the piddling bank interest.
Every time I get one of those statements, I get angry.
My wife and I are in our late 70’s, and we started paying taxes and SS payments as teenagers. Both of us did that until our late 60’s or early 70’s. I had about a decade of paying both sides of my SS as an independent contractor.
Our Fed and Californicator tax bills and local property tax bills are significant. So, we both get angry up and through April 15.
