Florida, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and of course California . . . hell it could have been TEN MILLION ILLEGAL ALIEN VOTES for all we know.

California has millions of illegal voters. Does one suppose that any of them did not vote for Mrs Bill? California signs them all up to vote when they go to a state or local office. They are supposedly only permitted to vote in state and local elections but the registrars have been recorded telling them that hey, they get the same ballots that everyone else gets so they should go ahead and vote the whole ballot ant that no one will know.
Everyone knows they vote. And everyone knows that’s why the Democrats are having fits over the fact that they’ll be deported. Why else do they turn a blind eye and even encourage illegals to come across the border? Because they care? LOL no it’s because that’s their voting base in many states. They’ve turned California into Little Mexico. Same thing in Nevada, same thing with New Mexico and soon Arizona and Texas if it’s not stopped. We all know why the Democrats want that to happen, it isn’t because they care about illegals as people, it’s because they want their votes. So yeah, the mere fact that Democrats support them so much tells us illegals indeed vote. Look at all the vote fraud found in Detroit you don’t think it’s happening in LA?

By making fact-free claims, they can perpetuate the lie. If they check and are wrong, it’s then harder.

One of his first appointments was an attorney who had been on the Federal Elections Commission. I hope he’s already hard at work on plans to ensure future elections are as fraud resistant as possible. “They” have two years to implement more and better methods of cheating and we can’t let that happen.
Someone ought to play Obama encouraging illegals to vote w/o consequences....wish I could find a clip of that.
Fine, based on what th NYT states, they should have no problem supporting voter ID laws nationwide. End of the discussion, it’s settled.

Is it a lie? I don’t know. Seems to me that maybe we need to have an investigation and determine what the ‘facts’ really are. I’m sure the NYT would agree to that...yeah right.

I am not into keeping score as much as some people. For example, I was a Cruz supporter during the nomination process, and I think the way some people nurse grudges is crazy. But I think the Trump team should take notice as this is well over the top from a publication that expects to be taken seriously.
I could blame the two authors of the article, and I do. But it was an editor who put the word “lie” in a headline. He may have even “spiced up” the article. At this point, we are no longer talking about some undisciplined authors. Either the editor deserves an in-house spanking, or the company deserves a response.
Maybe the NYT should be placed at the back of the room at the next press conference. That position is close to the door. On the next “event” they should be placed outside the room - available if some other organization can’t make it. After that, they should be dropped altogether. Let them lobby privately to get back.
I remember that Ronald Reagan tended to recognize and call upon people who wore red. Before long, the women were wearing a red skirt, blouse, or dress, and the men wore red ties. The press can be managed, to some degree.
If exclusive interviews go through the Wall St. Journal and not the Times, management (and readers) will take notice. And let’s not forget Investor’s Business Daily.
There may always be “prestige” news organizations. But their identity can change.
