WASHINGTON President Trump used his first official meeting with congressional leaders on Monday to falsely claim that millions of unauthorized immigrants had robbed him of a popular vote majority, a return to his obsession with the elections results even as he seeks support for his legislative agenda.

It is one thing to have a (mistaken) opinion and present it as fact. But that should only happen on the editorial page. It absolutely should not happen in a headline.
Somehow, the New York Times is able to prove a negative.
I heard a news clip of Obama ENCOURAGING ANYONE IN THE USA to VOTE!!!
Ahem.... fake news, anyone?
Illegal alien voting, keep it in the news.
NY Times - prove every vote was legal and by a legal citizen.
Hey ?Slimes, how do you know it’s a “lie”?
Did you investigate Detroit? Philly? Broward County? Chicago?
Why don’t you actually do investigative reporting for a change, and let us know what you find
Then you can opine one way or the other
Obama said on TV that anyone who votes is a citizen. He should be charged along with the NY Slimes with inciting voter fraud.
It was not a lie.
what is a “Huetteman”?
It was not a lie.
No one knows exactly how many because the non-citizens who Obama himself encouraged to vote illegally aren't going to fess up even when confronted. But it would be a good warm-up project for the Trump Justice Department to cut their teeth on.
NY Slimes calling POTUS a “liar”. This won’t end well for them.
AUDIT CALIFORNIA!
Form a commission. Audit the results in CA and see if illegals voted.
If they did, issue warrants for their arrest for violating federal law.
Then go state by state and purge the rolls.
Libs opened the door for Trump here. He should jump on the opportunity.

Thing is it doesn’t matter what they find. It will always be in the negative for Trump or anyone on the right side of the political spectrum.
I don’t give a crap about vague language from the POS NYTimes that “various factcheckers” having found the claim false. This is the same type of “all scientists agree” and “97% of climatologists concur” and “all economists agree” horses**t the left always uses when they have scant evidence but wish to sound scholarly. There were at least 1.5 million illegal votes cast in CA.
I don’t know how anyone can dispute this claim since there is no such category for “illegals” in CA and anyone, including illegals, can obtain voter registration with literally zero confirmation or documentation just by getting a driver’s license (eg; motor voter) and there is no way to back check these names and ballots. It’s probably illegal to even try.
The big deal of course, is that Trump is a bad man for claiming this. It’s nothing, though, for 0bama to have encouraged illegals to vote, as if there is some way that isn’t election fraud.
Every other president in living memory has had a honeymoon with the press after being sworn in. That tradition has been dumped by the scum in the media.
Audit California!
- sounds like a reasonable plan.
Washington Post (First report):
During a White House meeting with congressional leaders from both parties Monday, President Trump reportedly told lawmakers he would have won the popular vote against Hillary Clinton if it weren’t for voter fraud, reviving his unsubstantiated claim about illegal voting.
NY Times:
Mr. Trump asserted that between three million and five million unauthorized immigrants voted for Mrs. Clinton. That is similar to a Twitter message he posted in late November that said he would have won the popular vote if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally.
They are saying two different things, probably based on a sentence that sounds similar, but means two different things:
3-5 million illegal ballots
3-5 million illegal’s ballots
