A woman who accused President-elect Donald Trump of sexually inappropriate conduct will announce the filing of a lawsuit against Trump, civil rights lawyer Gloria Allred announced Tuesday.
The woman will hold a news conference Tuesday in Los Angeles, Calif., with Allred to announce the lawsuit.
Multiple women came forward last year to accuse Trump of sexual misconduct after the release of a 2005 "Access Hollywood" video in which Trump was heard making lewd comments about women.

The statute of limitations periods start from when the aggrieved party knows, or should have known, of the event in question. I guess their argument will be that they just realized that there was a problem!
