Very disappointed Trump caved to the pretentious grand-standing of Uhbama with the podium - “Office of the President-Elect”.
Just stated to my DH the other day that he HASN’T pulled this garbage as pretentious imperial Uhbama did in 2008-9. Guess I spoke too soon. Never before had a PE dared to pretend there was some “office of” much less keep mouthing off behind podium with the logo.

I take it as a jab at Obama, since he was the first to ever use it. Recall how Obama called Trump out at some dinner and proclaimed 'I am the president'. Then the mic drop thing.

Haven’t all PEs done that? It’s the official title between certification and inauguration. He has to be identified in some way. I think it was Obama’s pretentious logo that set us off.
