An investigator who was commissioned by now-retired Sheriff Joe Arpaio to find out whether the document President Obama presented as his birth certificate is real says there’s now a 10th feature of the document that shows it’s fraudulent.
Investigator Mike Zullo, who joined with Arpaio in a Dec. 15 news conference disclosing nine other elements that experts concluded were copied to create Obama’s document, released a video to WND explaining the additional evidence.
It explains that two stamps on the Obama document not only were identical in angle to the stamps on another birth certificate – that of Johanna Ah’nee from the same time period – they also had the identical vertical relationship.
This despite the fact that the “stamps” purportedly were hand applied days apart.
“What are the odds that both the stamps in box 20 and the stamps in box 22 would have the exact same corresponding angles even though they were stamped 16 days apart?” the video asks.
That means they almost certainly were digitally copied from the Ah’nee certificate then dragged together and pasted onto Obama’s, the video explains.
Zullo explained that the fact the two stamps are an exact match vertically reveals that they were taken as a group.
“The fact that there is no vertical displacement indicates the exact vertical and horizontal alignment of the stamps are an exact copy from the Ah’nee certificate … reinforcing the claim that the Ah’nee [document] is without question a source document.”
It eliminates, too, he said, any chance that the date stamps were placed by hand on the Obama document.

Natural born citizen means born here of citizen parents.
No other possible citizenship(s).
Only when one cannot be anything else can one be a natural born citizen.

Obama told us he was born a British subject.
Who believes Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Jay, Monroe, Madison, etc. would have found him to be a natural born citizen?

His secret service protection gets yanked immediately. He’s sued by the government to pay restitution so all his assets are seized and all his accounts frozen.

Since day one my primary points of view have been procedural:
1) Forgery and document tampering are crimes, you don’t attempt redress of alleged crimes via civil lawsuits. There are no issues of standing in a criminal court.
2) Anyone who has evidence of a crime should present their evidence to a prosecuting attorney to see if that person will convene a grand jury investigation. No U.S. Attorney, state’s Attorney General or District Attorney has ever been presented with purported evidence of criminal activity.
3) Hawaii Revised Statute 338-18 allows an original birth certificate to be inspected via a court order and a congressional subpoena issued by the Chair of an investigative committee of Congress has the force of law of a judge’s court order. Congress could have and should have inspected the original document, not a PDF digital image of the original document.
Unfortunately, Barak plans to continue trying to destroy America. I would continue to beat this horse. It can’t hurt.

You don’t need college records, evidence of foreign student status would be available under a Freedom of Information Act request for foreign student visas. You can’t go to school in the U.S. without an approved “I-20” foreign student visa application.
Obama’s father’s student visa records were released via the Freedom of Information Act.
The UN Charter on eligibility: Chapter 3 Articles 7 and 8 say:

Chapter V on the Security Council has no language matching the Wikipedia article.

And that’s why it’s so important!!!! For those who are too blind to look past the racist angle that’s thrown up every time you try to discredit this man’s actions, it would be very important proving that he is not an American or at least that his birth certificate is false whatever those implications are. He can be then seen as the complete fraud that he is and always was. So history may record and we can give him the just criticism for the policies that he used to destroy America without having people calling us raaaacist!
It helps to prove the argument that he hates America and that he was always about destroying it.
No and I’m more concerned about the taxpayers of America having to pay $203,700 a year in presidential pension plus even more money for his transition to civilian life expenses, plus $150,000 a year for staff and office for the first 30 months and $96,000 a year for the rest of his life thereafter, plus free medical insurance, plus lifetime Secret Service protection.
On top of all that Fortune Magazine is estimating Obama will get $15 million in an advance for the publishing rights to his presidential memoir.

Well, see, here is where we differ. I see the notion of putting process above truth as a "foolish consistency which is a hobgoblin of little minds". If a process yields incorrect results, the process should be dispensed with.

Except when a State does it regarding birth certificates. I have tried and tried and tried to get people to understand that a state can forge a birth certificate and it is not a crime. You and others simply ignore the point. No one ever grasps the point to the extent that it deserves.
Obama has a state produced fake birth certificate. It is not a "forgery" in the normal understanding of the term, it is a legal fake.
I have been consistent in pointing out that the United States should not allow for this sort of dodge when it affects an office as important as the presidency, and that implicit in the requirement that the president be a natural citizen is the authority to require REAL and ACTUAL proof of eligibility.
In my opinion, Constitutional law trumps all state laws that could possibly interfere with confirmation.
Your position is that "procedure" and State law should be allowed to interfere with Constitutional requirements, and in my mind this is just wrong and incorrect.
Every state law should burn and whither like grass if it stands as an obstacle to constitutional law. We have put the cart before the horse with this horses' ass Obama, and the world will pay the consequences of it.
