They are actively trying to delegitimize the election and the elected president. This is treason. All involved need to be locked up.
Suspend their broadcast license.

Better yet, have the FCC pull their license agreement to broadcast on TV.
Imprison those who will not divulge. Simple.
If any news agency knowingly distributes classified material they should face the possibility that their license could be revoked. I would require that Government (non-public) communications be reported to the Government before being used and that the source be both known and authorized to release information at that level.
Anyone willing to release such information without verifying the source and classification of the information, is likely someone who is seeking a private/personal benefit for which they are willing to toss the nation under the buss to obtain.
Wikileaks?
My opinion is they are a dangerous outlet for information that is intended to embarrass and/or compromise the nation. It has benefited Republicans this time. But that was not true for Democrats and certainly not for George W Bush.
