I don't think the judge "gets it" at all. She's not the judge in a criminal case or a sentencing hearing. She's in a bail hearing, where the guilt or innocence of the suspects has yet to be determined.

In fact, I'm wondering if she's actually tainted the case against them by making statements that could easily be seen as prejudicial.

I think the race industry is going to have to let these 4 hang. It's just really bad optics overall for "the movement". I wouldn't be surprised if something did happen if the perps were bailed out, only it wouldn't be whitey gettin' revenge.
