Washington Post: People voted for Trump because they miss when America was more white

They'll never stop this. I guess it's just a fact of life. The left-wing mainstream media are obsessed with race. The very people who point their fingers endlessly at conservatives and call us racists see a racial angle to every thought, every action and every reaction that ever happens on Earth.

So no one should be surprised that the Washington Post decided to publish a story yesterday, claiming on the flimsiest of evidence, that Trump voters were motivated by nostalgia for the good old days in America, when there weren't all those durn minorities around.

You know that's not why you voted for Trump, and so do I, but don't bother trying Post writer Sarah Pulliam Bailey. She knows you spend your nights dreaming of putting on that white hood and sheet, and setting a cross on fire:

Gaffer, I miss all of what you've outlined. That said, I truly miss growing up in the non-black Northern California bedroom community where I did. We just had our 58th High School Class Reunion. When we asked our fellow classmates what their fondest memories were about their days in HS, EVERYONE said being able to grow up in the community we did. I live less than ten miles from my high school, but now, as nice as it is, the community where it is located, is not, by any stretch of the imagination, the place it was in 1958. They say “you can never go back!” Sadly, that's true. What has occurred in those 58 years since graduation cannot be called progress, despite all the technological advances we've made.

That certainly sped it along, but I think it was actually LBJ’s Great Society initiative that lit the fuse.

I discuss this topic often, and I do not blame LBJ for doing exactly what he did. The real blame for this fiasco needs to be put at the feet of Liberal North Eastern Rockefeller Republicans who pushed the 24th amendment which granted non taxpayers the right to vote.

The Republicans were trying to gain 10 million new voters to keep their party in power, and LBJ outsmarted them.

The primary problem is that a nation would allow non taxpayers to vote in the first place, not that someone would take advantage of the law. Of course someone is going to take advantage of such a law. LBJ just snatched their potential voters away from them using bribery, and there would have been no reason to do it if Republicans hadn't made bribery a viable option by enfranchising non taxpayers.

Taxpayers cannot be so easily bribed because *THEY* have to pay for it.

It’s not the skin color or race that Americans miss and want “again”. They want the culture back! The days of being able to leave doors unlocked and people actually being polite to strangers. 99% of whites dont give a damn about race.

For decades America has embraced cultures full of violence, corruption and promiscuity (just look at the rappers that Obama openly embraces). It obviously has not made America greater in any way.

Trump is a massive nuke that just got dropped on the “all cultures are equal” mantra.

Trump will say it like it is and call out these cultures of decay for what they are

While you are right on a basic level, the problem is that instead of evolving and integrating, the “black community” has devolved into a series of tribal enclaves like the south side of Chicago. Obama could really have been a transformative figure had he wanted to be. Instead, he stoked the fires of inequality and racism, so here, eight years later we, as a nation, racially are further from a solution than we would have been had he not become president.

What’s wrong with that. Give me an example where “DIVERSITY” has done anything good. Give me one, and I’ll give you 10 where diversity has destroyed whatever context it was put into. Business and affirmative action, public schools, neighborhoods, the list is endless.
