It became popular by both titles. But the original was Five Foot Two
16 year old Michael Brown, keyboard player for The Left Banke, wrote “Walk Away Renee” about bass player Tom Finn’s girlfriend, Renee Fladen-Kamm, who was in the studio when the band recorded the song. Brown said his hands were shaking the whole time.
